Yes, it might be blown a little bit out of proportion here, but there is some truth to this. The story is that buried deep into the complicated labyrinth of the Affordable Care Act is a section that details the establishment of a coalition designed to oversee the enactment and enforcement of the ACA (a.k.a. Obamacare). This is not true. The ACA doesn’t include such a section. It doesn’t have to. The concept of the Ready Reserve Corp is decades old and is actually an integral part of the Public Health Service Act that became law way back in 1944, no doubt influenced by World War II.
So, is it perfectly possible that Obama could be compiling a private security force such as this to protect and advance his agenda? Absolutely. But did he create a new law or executive order to do so? No, not at all.
Meaning that the possibility of this has always been there. It just took a figure like President Barack Obama to make people think that someone might go that far.
Welcome to the new America, where there need not be a paper trail for anything if the government doesn’t feel like it’s the taxpayers’ business.
