The massive manhunt and martial law-like lockdown of multiple American cities has resulted in 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev being trapped in a residence in Watertown, Massachusetts.  Right now, police and military have the house surrounded and are evacuating other residents.  They have already engaged in some gunfire with the suspect, although that declined once the suspect realized he was surrounded.  Now, the report is that the suspect is holed up in a boat, but he is not in a position to escape or take the chase to water.

Police have negotiators on the scene.  Right now, the official story is that they want to bring the kid in alive because they want to pump him for information.  After all, his brother died last night in a conflict with police, and if Dzhokhar is not taken alive, it may prove to be very difficult to get more information about other individuals involved with the bombing, not to mention the motivations behind it.

Family members of the brothers have weighed in with dismay, the father even going as far as to say that this is a setup by the government.

We are waiting like the rest of the world to see what will happen in this standoff.  In the meantime, look out for more articles about some lingering questions about this curious series of events.
