YouTube Shuts Down for a Decade — April Fool’s Prank?

images-30The Internet is abuzz as rumors that video titan YouTube is shutting down for ten years.  According to the rapidly spreading rumor that is purported to be from YouTube itself, the video service was conceived only to be a video contest and now they are picking a winner at last.

As you might imagine, this is completely false and YouTube is functioning normally as we speak and will continue to do so throughout the day tomorrow.  This was only an April Fool’s prank that just so happened to really catch fire and spread throughout millions in seconds.  Don’t be alarmed.  All of your favorite videos will be there waiting tomorrow.

  1. I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your site?

    Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
    But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it
    better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or
    2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
