Rock star Tom Gabel of Against Me has come out as transgender. He will begin taking hormones and have electrolysis treatments to start the process. Gabel plans to live his life as a woman as he has been dealing with Gender Dysphoria for years. Gabel will also undergo Gender Reassignment and plans to take the name Laura Jane Grace. Gabel does have a child with his wife and the couple will stay married.
