Australia was treated to their own version of the Norway spiral. The Australians were trying their best to figure out what it was but were unable to determine what it was. The best guess is that it was a rocket launched out of Florida that began to rotate and eject fuel and that is what is believed is the cause of the spiral.

If the EU showed Russia its unity, Russia wouldn’t have possibility to treat every Member State in different way (for example, right now in Russian National Strategy EU is not treated as one actor in international relationship, Moscow has different attitude and leads conducts different foreign policy towards different EU countries).
