Welcome to the Fringe: The Most Outlandish Conspiracy Theory About Boston Bombings Yet! Martin Luther King Connection?

Sometimes a theory comes along in our inbox that is so interesting and outlandish, that we feel the need to share it with our readers, regardless of whether it has any merits.  The following theory was suggested by a contributor who has asked to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.  As far as we can tell, his theory is completely original and has not been echoed by anyone else on the Internet.  At least, until now.

The MLK parade in Washington could have been a big story in 2011 if it had gone off as intended.
The MLK parade in Washington could have been a big story in 2011 if it had gone off as intended.

Fasten your seat belts.  The concept is complicated.  First of all, this person believes that the Boston attacks were a false flag operation executed by an organization higher than the United States government.  That’s saying that even somebody like President Barack Obama had no prior knowledge of it.  This organization orchestrated the attacks, and it is presumed that the two suspects were either patsies or totally innocent individuals.

Okay…let’s take a breath.  So far, the theory is not so out of line with what others that are in the “false flag operation” camp might say.  And the idea that the boys could be patsies is nothing new.  What is new is that there is more to the bombings than meets the eye.  There are links between each previous act or attempted act of terror that lead up to this one.  In theory, if one looks closely at the facts, one can usually find a calling card, some sort of symbolic imagery within the overall framework of the execution of the attack that provides a clue to the next attack.  Yeah, it’s kind of Hollywood, but it’s proposing that not only have many of these attacks been orchestrated by a sinister, shadow organization (did somebody say Illuminati?), but that the attacks are also planned out over years and not just weeks or months.  In fact, each attack is linked to the one before it and the next, meaning that every attack on United States soil is always pointing forward to the next event.

The implication, obviously, is that if you were “enlightened” enough to see the clues, perhaps you could pinpoint the next attack before it happens.  It is even surmised that perhaps the timing of the attack could be within the imagery as well, although the theorist that contacted us does not claim to be sure whether the timing is something that is set in stone from day one or something that is dependent on a series of events.

The smoking gun here comes from two facts.  In 2011, a Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade was almost the victim of a terror attack when allegedly a white supremacist dropped a backpack bomb along the route.  Fortunately, the bomb was found and disarmed before anyone got hurt.  So, there’s the backpacks again.  Next, remember the MLK.  Well, if you take the three victims in the Boston Marathon blast and line them up by age from youngest to oldest, you have:

Martin Richard — 8 years old

Lu Lingzi — 23 years old

Krystal Campbell — 29 years old

There it is… MLK.  Clear as day, right?

The theorist is working on connections between these and previous terrorist attacks.  We told him to get back to us because we’ll certainly want to stay on top of this.

Anyway, in a week of fascinating theories with little or no evidence, we figure what’s one more.  Why not go on and bust this hot story wide open?  The Illuminati executed the Boston bombings.  And they want you to know about it…if you are “enlightened” enough to know where to look.

Ok, you can leave the fringe now and return to your normally schedule programming.
